Uncanny Planet Records (shortened Uncanny Planet or just Uncanny) is an independent record label owned by Gisle Martens Meyer, mainly to facilitate a business front for his projects. It was founded in May 2006.
As far as Gisle's web presence goes, the Uncanny Planet website remains the most out of date. As of October 9th 2009, Unicorn is said to be Ugress' newest release, and in addition to the Schizophonica EP and Reminiscience, it also doesn't recognize the releasing two Ninja 9000 EPs, Ruins or the upcoming Shul by Nebular Spool, or the redesign of the Ugress website (or the consequent death of the blog).
