Infoboxes are suggested to be used everywhere where they might apply. They provide an easy way to list information that might be otherwise hard or unsmooth to note in fluid text. Furthermore, information will be more easily available to the reader, versus reading the whole text trying to find a specific snippet of information.
The fact that certain information is already listed in the infobox does not mean that the information should not be added to the body of the article!
