The Harakiri Martini music video was launched on the 26th of June 2008 as a YouTube-video. It was presented in the blog as a video Gisle had found on the Internet. The video features three norwegian girls playing rather spectacular ping-pong. A month later, on july 28th, Gisle announced that the video in fact was the official music video for Harakiri Martini, and that it was launched as an attempt to make a viral sucsess, however it didn't work out, and it was properly released[1] In October 2008 the video gained attention, (especially in South Korea)[2], and pr. 21st of October 2008 the video has 58.000 views on YouTube.
The Music Video is directed by Magnus Martens as his third Ugress music Video[3]. The ping-pong playing is mainly CGI, although the girls playing are rather skilled ping-pong players.
